On that basis you will be able to verify the legality of advertisement activities conducted by FM GROUP branch and distributors operating in its area. It is of utmost importance that you inform (e.g. via webpage, flyers, newsletters etc.) your Distributors that using the comparative fragrance lists (if it occurs) is illegal. Please direct the Distributors to the appropriate legal regulations.
